The wait was worth it.
4 of 4 found this helpful I wasn’t sure for a while that I really wanted to upgrade to a 1D-X. I already had a 1D Mark III and Mark IV. I wasn’t happy, though, with their low light performance. The 1DX definitely addressed that. I’ve taken trialphotos at ISO 50600that are better than ISO 3200 on either of ge other cameras without a doubt. Sharp and clear. This camera is wonderful!

Why did I wait so long?
This looks to be the best lens purchase I've ever made. Doing some test shots upon receiving it I got my best (sharpest) hummingbird shots ever - and handheld! Very impressed. Can't wait to use it more.
