Great little box, just have to update hardware
2 of 2 found this helpful Works very well, just like a new box from AT&T. Much better than using the regular TV remote to move around. Very similar to Directv screen when using AT&T remote and box. Only issue is that you have to update the hardware, before you can update the software. Push the red reset button and hold till AT&T logo appears on screen. Push the button five to seven times more and then stop. Unit should update the hardware and proceed through setup
