Great product, arrived quick, and packaged, but has defects which makes it not worth it in the end.
2 of 2 found this helpful The headphones charge and keep charge perfectly, they sync perfectly, the package arrived with the plastic wrap still on--but there is an issue with skipping songs or podcasts.
With little movement in the ears the headphones will seemingly randomly skip past a track you're listening to. After much troubleshooting, including factory resetting the headphones, turning off the touch features and the in-ear detection feature and even factory resetting my phone, the issue persists. The headphones would work great if I just used them around the house (for the most part) but because I regularly run in them, they're basically unusable since the skipping feature cannot be disabled even if you set it up on the phone level. I checked with multiple websites to troubleshoot and even called apple, and they said that I would likely have to get them repaired or pay for new ones.
