Poor quality. Battery operated only.

The batteries do not stay in position if there is the slightest bit of movement and thus the device fails to operate. There is no timer; so if you are going out for a night it will remain on all night and the following day the batteries have probably run down. So also useless if you are leaving your property unoccupied for a few days. Does your seller state that it is battery operated only (and comes with no batteries)?
