  First order arrived damaged. The seller took care of that no issues. The second unit arrived a short time later. I had some issues getting the machine running. Seller did not respond to my messages after the sale was complete. Had to pay $350 to have a technician come out and resolve the issue. Not a fun experience after spending $4k on the machine.
