It's a battery, it works and it was cheap
Buying a store and being charged 10 to $12 for it. So if you can wait a couple of days, like it's your landline which you never use, then why not. It's just a battery

Wonderful for People AND Cats
1st of all it's both extremely beautiful & totally fascinating. 2nd. my cat was also fascinated - batting at the screen & running behind the tv to see where all the birds were coming from. So, it's a good entertainment for him if he's housebound because of the rain or something. 3rdly, the images, the bird sounds & the music are positive & soothing. It's a dvd you can just have on in the background to make your home seem less empty -- whether you're home alone or have company.
