Dow Filmtec Reverse Osmosis Membrane Element - TW30-1812 24 Gallons Per Day

I was a little disappointed as this membrane I have used for the last 18 years and have found them in the past to be very good.

It only achieved 14ppm and I have been used to getting between 000ppm and 2ppm. The membrane arrived in a plastic overnight bag with no bubble wrap or anything protecting it. It was left on the front door by the courier and I feel that it could have been heat affected. The company re imbersed my money though within two emails
