Looks brand new. Larger and heavier than our V8 animal+.
I purchased the open box item and it looks brand new and never used and like it was never even unpackaged. Maybe a Xmas return. With the same 2 year warranty as the new item from dyson it seems like a no brainer. I haven't put it through its paces yet but it looks like a beast and suited to tackle the basement floors. Larger and heavier than our other dyson for the main floor, but I'm larger and heavier than my wife so it seems like a good fit. Thanks dyson.
