Brings back childhood memories.
Although I have not built it yet, I examined the contents of the kit and it looks like I will have a lot of fun building it.

Couldn't be happier with so much more potential ahead!
First of all, I have this and an Xbox 360. I love them both but right now, I find myself playing the PS3 more right now. Although it's still very early in its release, I've enjoyed playing Resistance, Need for Speed:Carbon, and Burning Angels. I've also downloaded most of the demos and played those extensively too. I must say, there's plenty of good games waiting to come out for it.
The WiFi was easy to set up and the system overall screams quality in its construction. Albeit a little big, a least it's very quiet unlike my 360 which screams like like fighter jet plane. HA!
Yes, the system is pricey but the addition of the Blu Ray drive makes it well worth it. I can now look forward to using my HDTV to its full potential and I don't regret my purchase.
If you're thinking of getting into the Xbox 360 or PS3, do your research. But either or, you'll love it.
