Easy to use. Push the power button, push it in and wait until the temperature stops climbing for the temperature. The first time using it you may have to change between C & F depending on your preference. The reduced tip makes it easier to push into the meat and it reads quickly. You can also save your last temperature reading.

I've been using Craftsman hand tools for...

I've been using Craftsman hand tools for years for my own personal use. I originally started purchasing them, like many other's, because of the lifetime replacement warranty and while they may not be the best tools out there they've always been good tools for a reasonable price. While I use my tools, I always try to use the proper tool for the job, take care of them and try not to abuse them. In all these years I've only had one 1/4" drive 5/16 socket that split in half and had to be replaced. My only regret is that there's no Sears stores around more.
