  Beautifully packed, inventive postage. Error made in sending items (wrong size dish) and not a whisper of a problem, simply 'I'll refund you". Correct size found later (was hiding) and reordered, again very prompt. Seller is a responsible person and followed up on everything, as well as being a kind communicator.

  The lovely seller sent out the tea pot very quickly but sadly it arrived in many broken pieces. I contacted the seller and was answered speedily - with an immediate offer of full refund. It’s so very disappointing for both of us but I guess we are at the mercy of the postal system 😢
