Gorgeous TN
This standard sized traveler's notebook is absolutely beautiful. The leather is sturdy enough to not be floppy, but also not stiff. It's a lovely brown color, and the leather smells amazing. The elastics are snug and not flimsy. The elastic that holds the book closed comes from the spine instead of the back center. There is also a bit of leather on this elastic to help distribute pressure at the open edge. The antique brass accents match beautifully with the leather.
I'm really thrilled with the product. It goes everywhere I go. I've got two inserts, a junk journal insert, a folder pocket insert, and the Midori zipper pouch currently in my TN.
The only teeny, little complaint is that the paper of the included inserts is too thin for my purposes. I currently journal with a Pilot Acrobat pen, and while there's no actual bleeding, there is show through. Using Distress Ink markers/pads to cover a chunk of a page is right out, as that does bleed a bit. I do use the markers to practice brush lettering, and that doesn't bleed through.
The paper thinness isn't a deal breaker for me though, since I planned on replacing the blank inserts with lined ones in the first place.
All in all, if you're looking for a high quality "fauxdori" at a great price, this is the one you're looking for!

Cute and fun
