It is the same size and shape as the original "Toe Buddy", but a thinner cushion. Did not protect my little toe.
This is a different brand than the original Toe Buddy. It is softer and not as cushioned.

Great Busy Chews!
My 3 puppies love these. They're neat, no mess, no dyes and according to my vet they dissolve in the dogs digestive system. I had a problem with my dog swallowing rawhide bones. (which do not dissolve) She recommended these but charged $20 a bag. My dogs are just 8-lb'ers so I buy the medium size & cut them in half with my tin cutters. This was a great value.

Unfortunately, my problem is my little toe and this is for your big toe. I just ordered the wrong size. I use the "little toe buddy" always!
It's a great product that supplies relief from toe pain.
