great look, bad assembly parts

I bought this item and I was very excited to see the final product. When I started putting this together the hardware pieces that came with it broke and till this day it doesn't look right because I ran out of hardware to assemble it. Don't get me wrong, the finish looks great but they need improvement on their hardware parts. If Ikea can do it I'm sure this company can too!
