all in all seems to be a good so;id product that will last a good while
this was purchased as a back up for a past starter I still have but was able to find the original outer aluminum cone that it is placed in however I must say this about it .it is the same that replaces the hanger 9 starter and all good but the material it seems to be made of to me seems to be of a very solid material with I am guessing a type of rubber that for some reason seems to contain some other material of some type of a nylon base added to the rubber .my feelings here is that this type of material would allow for more slippage when actually brought into contact with the motors nose cone / spinner on the model and would cause much ware and scaring that would be produced when applying it to your spinner and would with out question in a short time will turn what was once a beautiful spinner to show the ugly marks from it slipping on it when pressing it to the nose cone therefore leaving ugly marks on the nose cone . may not really mater to many but I like to keep my equipment and planes in top shape and looking like they just came out for their maiden flight and straight off the building table is all . this is the main reason I went with the 3 stars rating . I have seen a many of brand new spinners marred from this kind of activity

product appears to be made of good quality materials , is made heavy and seems to be very durable .
haven't actually been able to get it out to the field or try it out right here at home .am impressed with the fact it comes with a solid 2 year full warranty with return shipping being provided in the event it should become necessary to have to return it over I am sure a failure in any way . we just don't get many items with this type of back up for peace of mind as far as I am concerned .the main reason I gave this item 4 stars was simply due to the fact that I haven't actually been able to put it to use as of yet

all in all it is a must have tool to add in your hobby room .
appears to be made of quality materials and was way ahead of estimated delivery schedule which is amazing in its self I just don't understand why these manufactures think we all know how to use with out having any instructions on how to use the tool . like everything else we buy today I guess we were simply born with this know how !L.O.L. it has been a while since I was shown how to use this but I am sure I can do a little research and it will all come back to me . just have to wonder why no one seems to think there is no need for any type of instruction to go along with their products they sell .
