  Seller never dropped my card at the post office after creating the label. I had to reach out two weeks later because I still hadn’t received the item and the item was still awaiting to be received by the post office. I never received a response and I waited another week to reach out again. Finally, the seller responded the morning before eBay was able to step in. They offered to send a refund, however, I had to reach again that following evening to receive the refund on the day eBay can step in.
