correct board, different hook-up
1 of 1 found this helpful I wasn't able to use it. although the board Had the correct and exact number, I was unable to connect it to my refrigerator . The power connection connecter was different then the plug on my refrigerator. My refrigerator has two plugs to hook up to the board and this board combined them into one connector.
So if anyone is looking for this board, I have one.

Well made product
My backflow valve was leaking a little bit and I wanted to fix it before it became a major problem.
I found this repair kit on line and ordered it. It installed in minutes and fit perfect and took care of the leak.
It came with a packet of grease and no instructions on which areas it should be applied.
