The item was double boxed which is a plus but the inside box was not sealed. The speakers were clearly repackaged and one had scuffs and some sticky residue from some kind of bumpers. Overall they work as they should but products description was misleading.

The Software Makes it Better Than Seperates
Can't speak to the soundbar alone but with one of the subs and the rear surrounds it is absolutely incredible, especially with the firmware upgrade that does the Sound Mapping.
