Great Upgrade!

This chip was listed as questionable to work in a very old Dell due to possible bios conflict @ 50/50 chance. I took the risk and wow it worked. I went from 2ghz to 3.1ghz. I installed an SSD, 4gbs of Samsung ram and a new 1gb video card and my 8 year old dell runs windows 7 (up from xp) like a champ! Also put arctic silver 5 and polished the chip before install using same cooler setup. New thermaltake 380w power supply also. I think I got all upgrade parts for under $200.
