This multi-functional watch does a lot, but the user interface is complicated.
5 of 5 found this helpful My main motivation in buying this model was to track vertical feet skied. Although I know the watch has this function, and the manual devotes over 20 pages to a comprehensive and detailed discussion of all the altitude features, the manual does not provide clear step-by-step instructions HOW to automatically record and display ascent/descent data. I think that I can figure it out by carefully referencing and hand-outlining a step-by-step procedure, but every time I start to do this I get glassy-eyed and fall asleep. Maybe I will figure it out over the summer so it will be intuitive for next ski season, but I don't think a customer should be expected to do this. A YouTube how to video on the topic would be much appreciated. -Frustrated in Boulder, CO!

Too cheap - Pay $1 more and get better quality
I bought this padlock as an inexpensive replacement for the nicer Ace padlock whose key I accidentally locked inside my gym locker. I received this replacement lock after a lengthy intercontinental shipping delay and discovered that it is very flimsy, lightweight, and cheaply made.
I suspect that the hasp could be easily cut with a wire cutter, so it appears to only offer a minimal level of security. Like my former Ace lock, this replacement also has a solid brass body, but is much thinner and poorly machined. Unlike the Ace lock which had beveled brass edges, all of the brass corner edges on the replacement lock were so dangerously sharp that I had to file them down so they would not cut my gymbag or my fingers. The keys are so flimsy that I put two on my keychain because I'm sure one will break off in normal usage. My suggestion is to pay the extra dollar to get a better quality padlock.
