Forth Edition - Still needs a good proofreader and editor
2 of 2 found this helpful I purchased this book to use with my new dehydrator. It covers lots of information about dehydrating. However this is the Fourth Edition and it still has numerous typos, missing words and complete duplications. Example Page 171 Tomato Powder To make tomato juice AND tomato soup are the EXACT SAME RECIPE, both call for dry milk. Page 56, 57 and 60 all have highly visible spelling and formating error. Considering it has been in print this way for 12 years the price should be half off.
