A little bit too much sugar for a nickel
Old saying my dad always said is that sometimes things can be a little over convoluted. It does what it says but I probably would not buy another one. It's just a little more complicated than the basic analog one that came with another feeder I purchased. Settings have to be set for each morning and then for each evening. Way to much button pushing for me.

Works very well
I had an idea to save money on a deer feeder by purchasing a 6volt feeder assy to replace a bad 12volt motor and spinner. Problem was I had 12 volt batteries and 12 volt solar panels that were still in good shape. This component was the solution. I ran this inline to the voltage feeding the motor assy and problem solved. I saved about $40 on each feeder in doing this. I have had them hooked up now for about a month with no failures and the voltage stays constant. They are small enough to stay out of the way and even have slots to allow for screwing them down it attaching them where you want.
