Older tape doesn't stick very well.
I have used the "3M" window system every year, for over 12 years. Never had a problem, before. These boxes seem to be very old. It is NOT the boxes! The tape seems to have lost its ability to stick. Have NEVER had a problem with tape in past years. 3M tells me, the tape is the problem, and that the product is probably older. Have had to reinforce the tape with packing tape on the wall to make the plastic "stay in place". Will go back to ordering newer product from Menards next year.
