Silverline 264782 Silverstorm 500W Electric Hoist 250kg Load Capacity

Amazing product

I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with this little number, I couldn't resist! For £65 odd, it is an absolute bargain!!! Bought it to hoist three kayaks up 2 metres into the garage roof space - weighs about 70kg I 'd say. Was going to put multiple pulleys up and have a hand winch system, but decided I would eventually get sick of that so bought this winch, and boy am I glad I did! So smooth, reasonably fast, and pulls what I need seemingly with no effort whatsoever! The plug is a bit short as others have said but I wired in another socket right next to the winch so was not a problem for me. I actually didn't use the clamps....I put it on a block of 7x2" wood, drilled 8mm holes in the right locations and used some slightly longer m8 bolts (the ones supplied weren't long enough for this mod). It now sits horizontal on the wall held on by 4 heavy duty 120mm wall brackets (two on top, two below) and it works very well. Only used it about 10 times but very very impressed! Thanks silverline!

I cant believe how good this is for the price!

was a bit worried about buying a capo for £3 thinking it would be cheap rubbish, but it really isn't!!! the spring is strong so it really grips down on the guitar well and does its job perfectly!! And it just seems like it is going to last! Anyone who buys will not be disappointed I'm sure! Cheers Mark

Very good item and value

So i have never heard of Bergen before and as it was near enough the cheapest tap set, i was as first a little hesitant, but went for it anyway and was very very pleased with the result. Cracking item, did the job i needed perfectly! Was helpful to have the two types too - one to start it off and then the other to finish. Cracking bit of kit!
