1 of 1 found this helpful To put it plainly, the thing just DOES NOT WORK. I tried messing with different techniques of loading it to no avail. Most of the coins were just deposited in a chamber in the back and not sorted, and within seconds, the coins got hung up and the mechanism froze. Please just do not continue to market this product. One can see the 'design' intended in the device, but the all plastic parts cannot manipulate the coins well enough to work. I didn't even want to go to the trouble of returning it. I just trashed it....lesson learned.
