    There was a small shipping problem, the shipping service they use does not pay the US side of the shipping and I received demand for payment upon arrival. Only about five bucks. But may need to change their shipping service and use something known like DHL for international shipping. However, I am a factory authorized JBL warranty service rep And inspected the product and it was a exact match to the original. The part is correct for the application. thank you

    Was a little nervous about them being shipped from overseas without a tracking number but they arrived with no issues in a reasonable amount of time. they were well packed and two extra pegs were included in the shipment.
