KURYAKYN LICENSE PLATE HELMET LOCK 4248

Does what you need, might need to tweak to install

I mounted this on my 2006 Triumph Sprint ST and had to notch the top of the plate to fit due to the license plate light. Also the holes in the plate and lock didn't quite line up. Needed to widen them by about 1/16" for the screws to go through. The first issue was from bike design, but the second was on their manufacturing. Fortunately I had the tools to make the adjustments. Now that it is mounted it works great and keeps my helmet secure.
