Older-Style Belts
The belts are good. New, not dry cracked, etc. They are, however, an older style. The newer style belts that are from Kirby have a checkered pattern on the inside to help with grip, and believe me, they really do help! These suffice as good replacement belts, though. They're certainly not bad. Just a little bit of slippage when placed under moderate load.

Misleading information
This trunk motor does indeed work well, no knock on that. However, the 1998-2002 Town Car does NOT have this item. They have a standard latch. If you own a 1998-2002 Town Car, this is not your latch. This item is for a 1990-1997 Town Car.

Full Product, but miss-matched parts.
1 of 1 found this helpful Product was all present. However, miss-matched a bit. One tie rod has no grease fitting. The others all do, and one sleeve is different from the other. Both fit, but one is of a much better quality than the other. Also, only the drag link had a protective cover over the boot. Seems like it all came from different parts bins. Altogether though, it works.
