Replaced redundant toughbook DVD drive for longer battery life

If you need longer battery life when on the move and don't need the DVD drive in your toughbook this is for you (You can always add a cheap external USB DVD writer if you want to keep the option of CD/DVD use). Added an extra 5 hours of life for me using my power settings, that's 5 hours additional to what I already had from battery #1 already installed. Perfect
