WEstclox Travel Alarm clock
It's too early to rate the clock as it's a long term buy - its predecessor stands beside it, bought some 20 or more years ago!
I am that much older, and it had not occured to me that I'd need a slightly louder alarm! The ring is a bit soft - it's particularly important that it wakes someone about to travel, and need ing to catch particular flights, trains etc. I'd have liked, ideally, two settings, the present one plus a louder alarm. As it is, both identical clocks are set, 10 minutes apart, and I can sleep through both.
In other respects, I am really pleased that it is identical to the earlier one: neat, v. well designed, very light (important for me...) ; it cd be kept in a handbag, eg on a flight. REally pleased to have a 2nd clock to be sure I always have one!
