Interesting insight into the man and the music!
The book is an interesting insight into the musical achievements of jazz musician Ronnie Scott and his struggle with depressive illness..As one of Britain's finest saxophonists, he contributed greatly to putting British jazz on the international jazz map!..I did however find that it began to run out of steam towards the end, but it's still worth having in ones book collection, especially for the avid jazz aficionado such as myself!

Good value on a budget
This is a great little gadget if you're on a budget...One downside is that if you wish to power from the internal battery source, (9 volt PP3) it's a tight squeeze to get the battery both in and out.
I'd suggest stringing a piece of dental floss around the underside of the battery before inserting, to aid removal.
Silly design flaw really!
Power button is illuminated all the time when powered by usb source whereas phantom power button doesn't illuminate.
It otherwise works well as a low noise pre-amp for phantom powered xlr mics, etc.

Good value for money
Overall good value for money, ball valves could have been of slightly better quality...I used my old ball valves as they were of a better design with metal levers as opposed to plastic knobs.
Certainly saved me money by not having to buy a new or replacement compressor.
