2 of 2 found this helpful It was great at first then now all I hear is cracking popping noise . Volume goes out for like 5 seconds wether I’m watching tv or a movie. I replaced all the hdmi cables brand new ones. Still hear crackling volume still goes out for z5 seconds. I should’ve listened and not buy refurbished. Now I gotta get a new sound bar however I’m gonna buy brand new
