Not 1100mAH cells, more like 750mAh, but probably ok for general use.
It's always a bit of a guess getting off brand batteries. My experience is that if you want/need good ones, then go for the brand names like Eneloops and pay more. These are no exception. My capacity testing of 8 of these came out with results 490mAh to 740mAh. That's discharge to 0.9v using a diy'ed test board with HW-586 pcb's so i wouldn't claim this is definitive, but the pcb's have proven to give good ballpark results with lots of cells. SO: 1 capacity is not 1100mAH (not too surprised), more like 750mAh max; 2. results are a bit worryingly inconsistent - wide range.
Only time and usage will tell the ful story, they look better than some way cheap genericNiMH AAA's from HK I had that were all dead in a year.

Seem like decent quality cells but NOT 2800mAh
It's always a bit of a guess getting off brand batteries. My experience is that if you want/need good ones, then go for the brand names like Eneloops and pay more. These chinese ones are no exception. My capacity testing of 4 of these came out with results 1590-1740mAh. That's discharge to 0.9v using a diy'ed test board with HW-586 pcb's so I wouldn't claim this is definitive, but the pcb's have proven to give good ballpark results with lots of cells. SO: capacity is not 2800mAH (not too surprised), more like1900mAh max;.
Only time and usage will tell the full story, they look pretty decent, but stated capacity should be more accurate.

NOT LG, but ok cells
I have tested 4 of these. First thing to say is they are NOT LG, they don't match the typical physical characteristics of genuine LG's.
Tested on a LiitoKala 500 they measured as 2400-2600mAh - well under stated spec. I also did a high drain test 8-10A. End cell temp was ~55°C - ok. Measured Ah 2.1, Wh 6.2, which corroborates with the low drain test on the LiitoKala 500.
I can suggest these are decent cells, probably Chinese. I have ticked NO on the quality rating because of the discrepancy between stated and actual spec.
