The seller said the item was worth more because it was a hardcover version but it was listed as a hardcover in the original listing? I would not pay more and did not receive the item. The buyer claimed that the item was tampered with and that he had received a fake ink cartridge. The situation was escalated, and I was told that I did not have to refund any money. Please record all interactions with your items for sale, this includes the packaging and dropping off of item you are selling. I am not making any accusations this is just to help protect sellers from this kind of situation.
