Item arrived very poorly packaged and was severely damaged. Arrived unusable. When informing the seller of the state of the item seller initially refused to refund. Eventually the seller did provide a refund but then threated to cancel the refund if I do not pay to ship it back. Cost to ship it via UPS was $106, from USPS $73. Seller refused to pay for return shipping in clear violation of eBay Money Back Guarantee. As much as I tried to work with the seller, he was uncooperative. Poor Seller.
