Stay away from this if running Windows 10!
Seller should have made it clear that this scanner does NOT work with Windows 10!
You have to do all these dumb changes to get a basic scan. You need to somehow (and it took me over a week to figure out what to do!) to get the scanner to think it is hooked up to windows 8. If you have windows 10..do NOT buy this!

Worst space heat ever made! No heat, does not work at all!
4 of 5 found this helpful This is the WORST space heater I have ever purchased! It puts out very little heat. The fan is practically non-existent! The arrows for increasing heat or decreasing heat DO NOT WORK at all! You're stuck with the DEFAULT settings. Yeah, if you leave it on for about 2 hours and then bring the heater right next to your feet, you will get SOME heat! VERY LITTLE! The app for this is the worst made app ever! It DOES NOT WORK! This is a complete piece of horse manure! I'm sorry I ever bought it. It would cost me more than 1/2 to pay for the return on this item, so I would be out over $25 in shipping!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! YOU **WILL** REGRET BUYING IT! *I* REGRET BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!!!!!
