Carb bodies not machined
I purchased 3 kits. The cylinder side mounting surface of the carbs were not machined at all. Even after surfacing they still leaked air between the carb and insulator block. (Stihl's carb sealed fine with the same gasket.) One carb had a casting flaw that prevented the purge base from setting tight to the carb body. The cable swivel is incorrect for any Stihl I have seen in 37 years and would not allow the throttle arm to rest on the idle stop screw. The gaskets and filters are usuable. The plug is unmarked as to type or heat range.
