    The Toro Rotor Blade 161-2170 is an OEM product, which takes the guess work out of the question: will it perform. The blade was packaged very securely, was shipped promptly but receipt was delayed due to the postal service. The belt is as described and arrived in good condition. The price was right so this helped ease the pain of the delayed delivery. Great seller that anyone with a snowblower or lawnmower in need of parts should consider.

    Good and Bad experience. GOOD-- Tool was advertised as New Condition, but it DID NOT come in Original Packaging-- Maybe Aftermarket part? Appearance to me was as new. Nice dunnage protection & rapid delivery. However, THRICE I asked for combined shipping with another mower part-- NEVER Got a Response. Tried to eBay email, but messaging turned off! Seller does some stuff very well, but communication skills could be improved upon!

    Seller DID NOT send the item shown in his ad!! CAUTION!!! If it is the seller's practice to use a "stock photo" and send something other than shown in his ad HE NEEDS TO DISCLOSE THAT!!! I made the purchase BASED ON the fact that the belt was in an OEM package!! I then received a loose belt...unpackaged...AND it was the WRONG belt!! Seller would not accept responsibility and basically accused me of being totally at fault! After many attempts to resolve I filed a claim and they found IN MY FAVOR.

    Got what he ordered, returned exactly what he ordered, lied to ebay to get free return shipping, he's barking louder now cuz he is tried trying thru his credit card chargeback attempt and probably concious is getting to him as its fraud, amazing what $3 does to a person
