Good doors
These doors are very well made and work good as in opening and closing. My only complaint is they are pricey. The doors bolt on the stock cage bolts on the top and you drill and bolt the bottoms to your plastic floor boards, not a fan of that seeing how the factory holes for the stock doors are right there. The fitment of the doors to the Rhino are not 100%. The bottom of both doors wing out towards the bottom rear. Nothing can be to fix this issue unless you were to bend the frames and they are tough.Something not mentioned in the directions is when you go to drill the latch hole,Yamaha has inserts that were welded in the cage. Right where you have to drill is the edge of the insert (inside cage bar) and the weld. Which means your bit is going to want to slide down and oblong your hole. No biggie but worth a mention as it will play a factor when trying to get the latch to work nicely. The latch pins will need adjusted in (leave about a 1/2 out) to make closing the door easy. When cutting the cable wrap it with tape before you cut or the cable end will fray. Directions state to use the bump stops to remove the seatbelt bolts and replace with the bump stop. Well the bump stop bolt is not as thick as the seatbelt bolt so I made a bracket that uses the stock seatbelt bolt and allows the bump stop to bolt right next to the seatbelt bolt. This actually works better as the bump stop can now be adjusted (centered) on the door frame. All in all good doors but pricey for something that doesn't fit 100% and something you have to refinish (paint, etc),not to mention the tweaking.
