A collection of small-format oriental paintings

When the book was published, it was one of the first collections of orientalist paintings, all in full color. It is also prefaced by a brief description of the movement. Unfortunately, format is very small and quality of priting is not up to the current standard. Nowadays with a good number of well-printed books on orientalists, it is more a collector items. Yet even now with its very low price, it offers some value with 45+ full-color images of many well-known orientalists paintings from a good selection of artists.

Best book on Tiffany windows

While relatively old, it is still the best book on Tiffany windows. Excellent coverage of the subject, many stunning color pictures (unfortunately, a lot are BW). Of special value is a list of places and buildings where you could find the windows. Great work by the author!
