    The seller's ad was a little misleading. It described the a-arm bushings I ordered as being a kit, showing getting the bushings along with the bolts, washers, Sims Etc. When it arrived I only received the bushings. After contacting the seller he apologized for the misunderstanding and offered me a 50% refund which I accepted. Other than that super fast free shipping! Great communication! Just know that if you buy an a- arm bushing kit you will only get the bushings and not the other Hardware.

    I ordered a item with two to three day shipping eight days later it's still not here the company didn't respond to any of my stuff for days leaving me hanging total false advertising no intention on delivering anything within their advertised time frame ripoff liars tracking is stagnant not updated so I can't track the package nothing is good or acceptable about this call transaction totally regret ordering from this company absolutely unacceptable horrific experience

    Item sent was for my machine was deceiving. It looked like there were 6 reeds for the two carburetors. Plus the snowmobile listed on the tag was a different model than mine. I thought this was the wrong set. I reach out to the company Motonow for clarification and I didn't get a reply back. I had to go to Boyesen directly to ask if it was for my model and they were prompt enough to tell me it was. So my only complaint is that the description on the package didn't show it fit my machine.
