Excellent Product
I've used this exact product for years, so there were no surprises. Just needed a refill. The combination of various ingredients makes it more effective than the sum of its parts.

Excellent value for the money
Just like the ad says, it's factory refurbished and everything works as expected. As it's a used phone that's been refurbished, there are teeny-tiny specks on the edge of the phone where the black paint has been nicked off, but because I bought a rubber phone protector to go around the edges, I forget they're there. As far as I can tell, the glass screen is in flawless condition. After using Siri to give me verbal directions to the nearest whatever I'm looking for, the weather or any number of tasks, I wondered how I ever lived without it. I've read reviews where people have said that Siri doesn't understand what they're saying; I haven't had any issues with it as I'm the only one who uses it and I always speak and enunciate as clearly as I can when using it. I've read Siri improves over time as it learns your voice; if others also use it, it stands to reason that its accuracy goes down. It's hard to say if the battery life is good, as this is the only smartphone I've had. If you've always wanted an iPhone at a good price without being tied to a contract, then you've found the right place to buy one.

Good bass, but weak midrange/treble (or so it sounds)
1 of 1 found this helpful Because these are new genuine Apple earbuds with microphone, I assumed the sound quality would be good. When using them to carry on phone conversations, the person on the other end of the line sounds a little like they're speaking through a sock or heavy gauze. The bass is noticeable, but I don't enjoy using them for phone calls. The microphone works great, as I've asked others how I sound. If you need or want to hear more noticeable high-frequency content, then I'd suggest another model or brand.
