Rings of Fire Review
I bought this even though it is 00 scale (1/76) because it will be close enough in size to my HO layout. The quality appears to be very good and the graphics are great.
As to being entertaining, it will serve the purpose for which it was purchased. it doesn't do much except just sit there. it doesn't perform any tricks like rolling over or barking on command. it does sit well and will probably be able to play dead since there isn't any effort. involved.
All in all a good purchase and I will be purchasing more similar trailers.

Priced right for the quality.
This was an excellent price. It was used but didn't look like it had much use, if at all. It was a replacement for our Black and Decker RDX until a new flex shaft could be located. Black and Decker discontinued them (really dumb-ass idea) and the aftermarket shafts for Dremels don't work with the B and D.
When we find a B and D shaft we will have two tools but this kit was cheaper than a new shaft. Also I won't have to fight with wifey to play with hers. I now have my own.

Very Pleasant Surprise.
While searching for a certain title I found this book while looking through the other books that the seller had listed. I frequently do this if there aren't thousands of books are for sale. I enjoy history that is obscure whether it is military or non-military.
After seeing the title and then reading the synopsis, It looked intriguing and the price was excellent. The book was a pleasant surprise.
The premise that non-Europeans first settled Cape Breton Island was completely contradictory to all previous history and theories. Mr. Chiasson's presentation of his finding the mysterious road and the other ruins was intriguing. His research was impeccable from Europeans John Cabot in the late 1400's through the mid 1800's. and the theory that the Chinese settled the area and how they arrived.
I highly recommend the book to anyone and especially history buffs, especially those studying North American history.
