Shipment was delayed. Ordered on 8/19. Tracking received on 8/27 though tracking stated package was not actually received until 8/29 by carrier. Seller advised that it had been shipped and that it was an error by the carrier. Seller offered me a refund. Will give the benefit of the doubt. Definitely not looking to cheat a seller and get a free item if what they say is true. For that reason I will give 5 stars as I did get my product, as described and the packaging was good.
