It works
Prior to knee surgery I used glucosamine and it helped ease the pain & stiffness. After surgery I still had pain & stiffness. The doctor gave me a shot of collagen gel that really helped. When the effects of the shot began to fade [after several months] I tried the Instaflex and found it provided a lot of the same benefit that the very expensive collagen gel shot did. For me it really helps to keep me active.

switch works fine. It was for an E36 witch it technically is but one plug was entirely different than the Z3 uses. Snipped off the old plug and spliced onto the new switch wiring harness.
