DO NOT BUY FROM BID ALLIES.
Worst purchase I've ever made. When I received the phone it was the days late. Then after finally receiving it we turned it on and it never worked correctly. None of the apps worked properly and consistently stopped mid operation. So we called Verizon for technical support and did two factory resets and still nothing worked. So we contacted bid allies who we bought it from hoping to get a replacement and they would not help us. DO NOT BUY FROM BID ALLIES. This phone was obviously broken prior to selling it to us. $155 down the drain.
