  Seller packaged the Item VERY poorly! The terminal was sticking through the box with NO padding on the most important *electrical connectors. **When I asked for the seller to work with me he told me: "You can point fingers all you want but my perspective is it's a 20 year old piece of plastic that's been over 150 degrees every day over it's life span and plastic gets brittle with age.
