"Used" and not "Refurbished"

PROS: Very clean and looked like new. It updated properly and works perfectly. The suction cup mount was either replaced or had never been used. CONS: The power cable was DOA and the battery life almost non-existent once I was able to charged it completely using my other Garmin's power cable. Fortunately I am experienced in replacing batteries in these. This would have been replaced in a "Refurbished" unit prior to selling it as such. The previous owners data was still stored in the unit as well. Still a good deal for me.
