  I have to agree with other reviews....Horrible unprofesstional seller! After ten or more years of purchasing through Ebay, I can say that is has been my frustrating experience to date. The seller took an entire week to ship my pakage and hand it over to the mail carrier. When I reached out to him, he repeatedly said to back off and that I am not the only customer , Additionally, he said I have no idea how a business works and that I seemed to have time to complain.   Said it was NEW, it was an opened item. Seller said he had to open and test tool, plus it was missing items, what a JOKE. Seller refused to acknowledge it should listed as "OPEN BOX" and told me NO REFUNDS. I filed claim with Ebay and got my money back. Plus seller made tracking number and took one week to give to USPS. Seller is Something Else.... I really should give seller Negative feedback, guess I'm too nice of a person.
