    Said it was NEW, it was an opened item. Seller said he had to open and test tool, plus it was missing items, what a JOKE. Seller refused to acknowledge it should listed as "OPEN BOX" and told me NO REFUNDS. I filed claim with Ebay and got my money back. Plus seller made tracking number and took one week to give to USPS. Seller is Something Else.... I really should give seller Negative feedback, guess I'm too nice of a person.
